【募集の背景 / Purpose & Scope】

Candidate Delivery group in Engineered Small Molecules (ESM) conducts medicinal chemistry research programs/projects, mainly at Optimization Stage in Oncology Research.To achieve this, ESM needs qualified medicinal chemists having expertise and motivation on drug design and synthesis of complex and unconventional hetero-bifunctional chemicals.

This position is to create differentiating clinical candidates based on new chemical modalities such as PROTACs and next generation of proximity inducing platforms. A person in this position will need to work globally with the program stakeholders in the role of program management, biology, ADME, and toxicology as well as external partners such as CROs or research collaborators.
