Scientist II Agronomy

Job Description

For our R&D team in Heerlen (The Netherlands), we are searching for a Scientist II Agronomy to become a part of the global R&D team of ICL-Growing Solutions. 
The focus of the Scientist II Agronomy is to help develop completely new generations of products. He/she will be part of a new team which is tasked to develop new breakthrough products to improve growing of plants and crops. Based on unmet needs from the market he/she will help define new product concepts from an agronomy perspective. Through literature searches, interactions with other agronomy experts in the company and end-users the Scientist II Agronomy will help to set the requirements for such a new product concept. 
Supported by other team members of the new team prototypes will be made which then will be tested on small scale on their potential. The agronomic testing can be done in-house or external. Upon proof of the product concept, the project will be transferred to other ...
