Tasks
* To operate the beamline and its infrastructure in full autonomy, and perform local contact as well as commissioning activities.
* To participate in the beamline maintenance and the upgrade especially in the ALBA II context.
* Engage with other groups of the Experiments Division and ALBA to find synergies between the programs and develop new opportunities for the facility and her/his own scientific program.
* Develop own scientific program in spectroscopy (XAS/XES) in the framework of the main ALBA research fields as energy materials, catalysis, and environmental science, or magnetism.
* Engage in the section transversal research program (nowadays on energy storage and/or catalysis) at internal, national and European level in projects and collaborations. This may also include the initiation of new projects if appropriate.
