SCM Expediter, Assistant

SN Aboitiz Power (SNAP) is looking for a SCM Expediter, Assistant to support the timely and efficient execution of Supply Chain Management (SCM) procurement and logistics activities. Reporting to the Central Procurement Lead , this role is the vital link between buyers, vendors, and internal departments to ensure that contracts are executed and delivery timelines are strictly met.

Key Responsibilities

• Procurement Liaison: Serves as the primary contact between internal teams and suppliers to resolve issues regarding specifications, order quantities, and schedules.
• Expediting & Tracking: Proactively tracks all Purchase Orders (POs) and contracts, recommending solutions to mitigate disruptions and ensure on‑time delivery.
• Logistics Coordination: Manages post-PO activities, including goods receiving, import/export documentation, and coordinating with logistics providers for smooth customs clearance.
