Job Description:
You will be responsible for helping to manage clients in post-sale environment. Consultants work directly with our clients managing reported issues or enhancements which typically include requirements gathering, hands on configuration, problem solving, testing system interface specifications, strategy creation and implementation. You will focus on knowing the applications functionality to a medium degree.
Primary Responsibilities:
To conduct consulting engagements and implementation activities.
Work closely with clients to define the scope of the issue and resolution.
