SCPHN School Nurse - Grade 5 at Family Nursing and Home Care

As a specialist practitioner, the School Nurse functions as both a health promoter and a health educator.

The School Nurse works in partnership with many agencies, professionals and families to promote and protect the bio‑psycho‑social health and wellbeing of children and young people, in the developing years, working to safeguard the needs of children and young people in Jersey, providing a fully confidential health service. This includes, amongst others, advice, guidance and support with physical and mental health; healthy lifestyle choices; childhood continence and toilet training.

You will be a Registered Health Care Professional and a qualified Specialist Community Public Health Nurse (SN) with at least two years' relevant specialist experience.

Own transport is essential.
