Title: Scrap Sales Lead / Assistant Manager - Field-Based Role
Location: Karachi, Pakistan, field-based with frequent site and yard visits

Overview
Sell recovered materials at the best achievable price to reliable buyers. This is a field role, you will visit buyer yards, supervise loading when required, verify weights and specs on site, and close deals. Build a strong buyer network, track daily prices, run offers and trials, negotiate clear terms, and close sales that meet margin goals.
Key responsibilities, selling side
Build buyer lists by material, PET, HDPE, PP, mixed paper, OCC, metals, glass
Track and publish a daily sell price sheet, note buyer specs, credit terms, and lead times
Run offers, samples, and trial lots, confirm specs, loading photos, and compliance needs
Negotiate rates, payment terms, and delivery, close sales that meet margin targets
