Screen Printing Engineer/Supervisor

We are a company specializing in the manufacturing of stainless steel vacuum flasks. Screen printing is one of the core processes to add decorations on our products. This role will be responsible for the technical management and process optimization of the screen printing production line, conduct in-depth research into equipment performance, ink formulations, production efficiency analysis, and systematic defect analysis for continuous improvement.

Job Description

Oversee and supervise the daily operation of the screen printing production line to ensure full compliance, and develop and optimize printing process parameters, and standardized operating instructions.

Manage the screen printing team, including personnel training, production scheduling, and on-site 5S management.
