Scrum Master

Dasro is looking for a Scrum Master (Senior) for one of its clients in Calgary, AB

Location : Calgary, AB (Hybrid: Mon/Tue/Thu onsite, Wed/Fri remote)

Term : 12 months (8 hours per day / 40 hours per week)

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Facilitate sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives, driving adoption of Agile best practices within a high-visibility, 4-person AI POD
• Partner with the Product Owner to manage and prioritize AI-focused backlogs ranging from classical ML forecasting to agentic solution development and third-party vendor integrations
• Remove impediments, manage cross-workstream dependencies, and mitigate delivery risks to maintain sprint momentum across data engineering, ML development, and data science simultaneously
