Scrum master

Required:
• 4 + years as a Scrum Master for preferably for data
programs
• Expertise in multiple agile frameworks (SAFe, Scrum,
Kanban, etc.)
• Demonstrated experience in supporting multiple
scrum teams simultaneously.
• Knowledge and use of industry standard tools, e.g.,
Azure DevOps, Jira.
• Ability to identify risks to project success and recommend course of action to prevent risk from negatively impacting the project; Effectively recognize
when to escalate issues and options to senior management for resolution.
• Strong communication skills to lead interactions with
business and technology leaders.
• Strong networking ability to communicate & interact
with diverse talent and an attitude to thrive in a fun
fast paced startup like environment.
