Not open to third party vendors Onsite Monday through Friday Tijuana Baja California Mexico (Must be able to speak English ) We are seeking a motivated Scrum Master with 2–3 years of experience to support Agile delivery for .NET and Microsoft 365 (M365) initiatives. The Scrum Master will facilitate Scrum ceremonies, remove impediments, and foster strong collaboration across cross-functional teams while ensuring Agile best practices are consistently applied. This role requires strong communication skills, a solid understanding of Agile frameworks, and the ability to work effectively with technical teams and stakeholders in English. Key Responsibilities Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives). Support Agile delivery for .NET and M365-based projects.
