Detailed Description Of Work Task To Be Carried Out

• Facilitate scrum events
• Resolve impediments
• Coach developers and testers
• Work closely with business Product Owner
• Drive relentless improvement in the team's processes

Must-have Knowledge And Experience

• Banking Experience
• 5 years experience as Scrum Master
• Scrum Master certification (preferably SAFe)
• Experience leading software development initiatives
• Excellent planner and organiser
• Skilled in visualising and reporting progress of team’s work
• Proficiency with JIRA and Confluence
• General technical / IT knowledge
