Job Description
My client based in Cape Town (North) is currently looking for a Scrum Master to join them on an independent contract basis ( 12 months)
Seasoned scrum Master / Familiar with Agile and SAFe
The ideal candidate will have
extensive Scrum Master experience
, combined with
deep, hands-on knowledge of the SAFe framework
. Within SAFe, the Scrum Master role functions as a
hybrid between an Agile Coach and a Senior Scrum Master
, requiring an individual who is comfortable supporting
up to three teams concurrently
.
