About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Intermediate Scrum Master to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundational understanding of Agile principles and the Scrum framework, coupled with practical experience in guiding and coaching a development team. This role is crucial in facilitating Scrum events, removing impediments, and helping the team continuously improve their processes and delivery.
What you will be doing:
- Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review, and Sprint Retrospective, ensuring they are productive and time-boxed.
- Coach the Development Team and Product Owner in the effective application of Scrum principles, practices, and values.
