Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, dailies, and retros.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and progress.
Remove impediments and promote continuous improvement practices.
Track Agile metrics to monitor performance and drive team improvements.
Coach team members on Agile principles, Scrum, and best practices.
Ensure team deliverables align with overall project and business goals.
Communicate clearly with stakeholders on status, risks, and progress.
Support Agile tools and processes to improve team productivity.
Perfil buscado (h/m)
A successful Scrum Master should have:
3-5 years of proven experience leading Agile teams, ideally in Retail/ecommerce environments.
Advanced English proficiency is a MUST
Strong knowledge of Scrum and Kanban frameworks.
