Scrum Master - Embedded Development

**What** **will you** **do:**

Scrum Master Role **:**

+ Lead the SW development andSWtesting teamto develop Software for medicaldevicesusing agilemethodology

+ Be the link between PMO office and SW development team to ensure SW is aligned to overall project schedule

+ Work with Product Owner to definescope andpriority,support inmaintainingbacklog,planEPICSand spring scope.

+ Lead Agile ceremonies, ensure adherence to agile best practices to makepredictable deliveriesanddevelop Agile metrics/KPIsand communicatewithall stakeholders.

+ Co-ordinate with Electrical and other cross functional teams to ensuredependencies ofthe softwareteam are resolvedina timelymanner.

Developer Role :

+ Responsible for developingand testingapplicationson an embedded microcontrollerusing C/C++ programming language.

+ Identifiesroot causes of issues,determinespotential solutions, and evaluates them against requirements
