Description
This role is accountable for driving sprint execution, delivery governance, planning, team coordination, and delivery outcomes across cross-functional agile teams. The Scrum Master works closely with Project Managers, Business Analysts, Developers, Testers, Architects, and Client Delivery stakeholders to ensure delivery commitments are achieved to agreed scope, timelines, and quality standards.
Team Responsibilities
The FNZ Capital Markets Delivery team is responsible for delivering Syn~ platform capabilities, client implementations, regulatory change, operational improvements, and strategic product initiatives across global Capital Markets customers.
