About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Intermediate Scrum Master to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundational understanding of Agile principles and the Scrum framework, coupled with practical experience in guiding and coaching a development team. This role is crucial in facilitating Scrum events, removing impediments, and helping the team continuously improve their processes and delivery.
What you will be doing:
Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review, and Sprint Retrospective, ensuring they are productive and time-boxed.
Coach the Development Team and Product Owner in the effective application of Scrum principles, practices, and values.
Proactively identify and remove obstacles or impediments that hinder the Development Team's progress, escalating when necessary.
