Scrum Master - Cape Town, Onsite, 12 Month Contract
As a Scrum Master, you'll facilitate Agile delivery for Modern Workplace CloudOps teams, removing obstacles, empowering engineers, and building stakeholder relationships to drive efficient, high-quality cloud operations in a dynamic environment.
Requirements
Experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach in technology delivery.
Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification.
Proficiency with Agile tools like Jira or Azure DevOps.
Deep knowledge of Agile frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, or Lean.
Familiarity with delivery metrics including velocity, burndown, and cycle time.
Basic understanding of Modern Workplace technologies like Microsoft 365 or Azure AD.
Experience with cloud concepts such as IaC or DevOps.
Knowledge of IT service management practices like ITIL.
Preferred
Advanced certifications like Certified Scrum Professional (CSP) or SAFe Program Consultant.
