We are seeking a Mid to Senior-Level Scrum Master to lead agile teams in delivering high-impact technology solutions. As a servant leader and agile champion, you will facilitate agile ceremonies, remove impediments, and foster a high-performing team environment. You will play a critical role in ensuring the team adheres to agile values and principles, while continuously improving team dynamics, delivery practices, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities Facilitate agile ceremonies: Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives, and Backlog Grooming. Guide and coach the Scrum Team and organization on Agile/Scrum best practices and values. Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and high team performance.
