As a Scrum Master , you will facilitate this change by supporting cross-functional teams focused on service innovation and program reviews.
The work involves moving away from legacy processes and adopting human-centered design and modern data practices. In this Scrum Master role, you will help teams navigate agile workflows, ensuring that project delivery remains aligned with user research and technical opportunities. By acting as a Scrum Master , you coordinate with product owners to maintain a healthy Agile environment, helping the team stay focused on high-value features.
