Scrum Master Lead (Santiago)

We are searching for the best talent for a Scrum Master Lead to be located in Santiago, Chile.

Purpose

The Scrum Master Lead will work in a cross‑country environment supporting the Cluster Commercial Team, and will implement new Agile ways of working in the Medical Devices Commercial teams. The role involves coaching and partnering with Product Owners and SQUAD members to deliver solutions that align with external client strategy, ensuring value journeys that ultimately support the right offerings, methodology, and customer reach.

Responsibilities

• Drive the Agile process and ceremonies, and facilitate continuous improvement for commercial SQUADs.
• Support the Product Owner in backlog management and guide the team while maintaining healthy team dynamics regarding priorities and scope.
