Location: Leeds, UK – 3 Days travel to Office – MANDATORY  
NO SC Requirement – Good to have  
The ideal candidate will facilitate and coach agile practices, support iterative development, and ensure that our Scrum framework is well understood and enacted. As a Scrum Master, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to foster a collaborative environment, remove impediments, and drive continuous improvement. 
Key Responsibilities:  
Facilitate Scrum Ceremonies: Organize and facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. Ensure that all ceremonies remain focused, productive, and within the timebox.
