Scrum Master

Noesis is looking for candidates with the following profile:

• Degree in Computer Engineering, Management Informatics or equivalent;


• Minimum of 2 years experience as Scrum Master;


• Good ability to organize planning sessions, daily meetings, sprint and retrospective reviews, remove obstacles that may hinder the team and encourage collaboration between the team and the Product Owner;


• Certifications in Scrum (PSM or CSM) will be valued;


• Excellent interpersonal skills;


• Proactivity and Dynamism;


• Fluency in English will be valued.
