ISS STOXX is growing We are seeking a
Scrum Master
to join our global Market Intelligence Team. The primary responsibility of this role is to help the Scrum teams succeed at delivering high value, high quality software efficiently using Agile and Scrum principles and practices.

The Scrum Master drives Agile and Lean frameworks that result in quality product delivery and empowered Scrum teams.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate all core Scrum events across all scrum teams assigned.
• Coach team members on the effective utilization of Agile and Scrum.
• Create an environment of collaboration alignment within the teams that allows for open dialogue and productive solutions for resolving conflicts.
