Scrum Master

As a Scrum Master, you will play a key role in fostering an agile culture and facilitating the delivery of high-quality software products. You’ll serve as a servant-leader for one or more cross-functional teams, enabling collaboration, transparency, and continuous improvement throughout the development process. **What you will be doing**:
- Facilitate core Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, retrospectives, backlog grooming, and board reviews.
- Support clear communication and collaboration between Scrum Teams, Product Owners, and Product Development leadership.
- Work to identify and remove impediments that block team progress and reduce efficiency.
- Foster a self-organizing team environment by guiding without assigning or dictating tasks.
