Role Purpose
The Scrum Master Chapter Lead is accountable for enterprise agile delivery capability, flow and delivery
governance across squads and tribes. The role focuses on predictability, transparency and continuous
improvement, enabling squads and leaders to deliver effectively without owning delivery outcomes, while
ensuring strong discipline, readiness and risk management across the delivery system.
Key Responsibilities
Agile Delivery Capability & Flow
Define, evolve and govern agile delivery practices and standards across squads and tribes.
Establish consistent approaches to sprint planning, PI readiness, ceremonies and flow-based
metrics.
Drive measurable improvements in delivery predictability, throughput and time-to-market.
Identify and resolve systemic impediments impacting flow, quality or commitment reliability.
