Scrum Master

**In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:**



+ **Agile Facilitation & Team Leadership**

+ Coach and guide Scrum teams in Agile principles, Scrum practices, and continuous improvement.

+ Facilitate Scrum ceremonies: Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Review, Retrospective.

+ Remove impediments and help teams stay focused on achieving sprint goals.

+ Track Agile metrics (velocity, burndown, commitments, etc.) and promote transparency.

+ **SAFe (Scaled Agile) Responsibilities**

+ Participate in and support SAFe ceremonies such as:

+ PI Planning

+ ART Sync / Scrum of Scrums

+ System Demos

+ Inspect & Adapt workshops

+ Collaborate with Release Train Engineer (RTE), Product Management, Architects, and other Scrum Masters.

+ Ensure teams follow SAFe Lean-Agile principles and align to ART-level objectives.

+ **Team & Stakeholder Collaboration**
