Scrum Master (Remote Opportunity)

VetsEZ is currently looking for a Scrum Master for a 100% remote position supporting a large federal government project. This role will lead Agile practices across multiple delivery teams, support backlog management and prioritization efforts, facilitate Agile ceremonies, and drive continuous process improvement initiatives. The Scrum Master will work closely with Product Owners, engineers, stakeholders, and government personnel in a collaborative Agile environment utilizing tools such as Jira and GitHub.

The candidate must reside within the continental US.
Responsibilities

+ Lead and facilitate Agile ceremonies including PI Planning, retrospectives, sprint planning, daily stand-ups, demos, and related Scrum activities.

+ Remove blockers and impediments impacting team productivity and delivery timelines.

+ Build collaborative relationships that promote transparency, accountability, and innovation across cross-functional Agile teams.
