About the Role:  
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Scrum Master to join our dynamic team. As a Scrum Master, you will play a crucial role in guiding and empowering agile teams to deliver high-quality products efficiently. You will be responsible for facilitating Scrum ceremonies, removing impediments, and fostering a collaborative and productive team environment. 
Responsibilities:  
Lead and facilitate Scrum events such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. 
Identify and proactively address impediments that hinder the team's progress, working closely with stakeholders to resolve issues. 
Coach team members on Agile principles, Scrum practices, and continuous improvement.
