What the day will look like

+ Ceremonies - facilitate all key Agile ceremonies and planning activities, such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, sprint retrospectives, and release planning, to ensure effective collaboration and transparency.

+ Supporting estimation - guiding the team to estimate user stories and tasks, fostering shared understanding and enabling realistic commitments for each sprint.

+ Removing impediments - actively identifying and resolving impediments that hinder the team’s progress by collaborating with stakeholders and external groups, so the team can stay focused on sprint and release objective...
