Scrum Master

Key responsibilities
Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives to ensure team alignment and productivity.
Identify and remove impediments blocking team progress, escalating issues to stakeholders as needed.
Coach teams on Agile/Scrum principles, promoting self-organization, continuous improvement, and adherence to the framework.
Support Product Owner with backlog grooming, prioritization, and definition of user stories/acceptance criteria.
Track sprint progress using tools like Jira/Trello, monitor KPIs (velocity, burndown), and report to stakeholders.
Required skills and experience
Experience
3–5+ years as Scrum Master in software/IT projects; prior Agile team member or developer experience preferred.
Certifications
CSM (Certified Scrum Master), PSM, SAFe Agile Scrum Master; Kanban a plus.
Technical
Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps; basic understanding of SDLC and cloud process...
