Scrum Master

We are looking for an experienced Scrum Master to drive Agile delivery execution for enterprise digital transformation initiatives. The role focuses on sprint governance, delivery predictability, dependency management, and continuous improvement across multi-vendor and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities:

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
• Track and manage sprint commitments, velocity, delivery metrics, risks, and dependencies.
• Proactively remove impediments and manage cross-team and vendor dependencies.
• Maintain delivery plans, RAID logs, sprint artefacts, and release readiness checkpoints.
• Coordinate across business stakeholders, vendors, architects, QA, DevOps, and infrastructure teams.
• Produce delivery dashboards, status reports, and management updates using Agile metrics.
