Scrum Master

We are looking for a Senior Scrum Master with proven experience delivering large-scale IT systems.
This is not a textbook Scrum role. We need someone who can drive delivery under pressure, manage strong stakeholders, and enforce Agile discipline within strict governance and audit environments.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and enforce Scrum practices across multiple teams
Drive sprint execution, backlog readiness, and delivery predictability
Remove impediments and hold teams accountable for timelines and quality
Manage demanding stakeholders and align cross-functional teams
Ensure compliance with government SDLC, governance, and reporting standards
Proactively identify and escalate delivery risks
Requirements
8–12 years IT delivery experience
3+ years as Scrum Master in large-scale projects
Experience in Singapore Government / Public Sector IT
Strong Agile + SDLC (Waterfall/Hybrid) knowledge
Experience with Jira / Confluence / Azure DevOps
