Scrum Master – Requirements & Qualifications

• 4-5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master
• Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks, particularly Scrum and Kanban, including principles and best practices
• Proven experience facilitating Scrum ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Review, Retrospective)
• Experience coaching teams on Agile methodologies and continuous improvement
• Ability to remove impediments and ensure smooth sprint execution
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Prior experience in data analytics or data management projects is preferred
• Experience working with cross-functional technical teams
• Scrum certification (CSM, PSM, or equivalent) is an advantage
