Scrum Master, Teamcenter Build & Test

Your focus will be to support the implementation of PLM Solutions in all of Danfoss’ segments by leveraging on the scrum framework. You will manage all scrum events and processes for one or more agile team.
**Responsibilities**:
Responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to, the following.
- Guide the team (s) in adhering to Scrum principles and best practices
- Organizing and leading scrum events: daily stand-up, sprint planning, retrospective, backlog refinement
- Use digital collaboration tools (MS Azure DevOps and MS Teams) to manage backlogs and agile processes in general
- Fostering open communication within the team
- Identify and remove impediments
