Candidates should have experience with the following:

1) Agile Process & Delivery Optimization

Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives) to ensure alignment, remove blockers, and promote continuous improvement.

Monitor team velocity and sprint outcomes to identify inefficiencies and drive iterative process enhancements.
