Job Title: Scrum Master Location: Jersey City, NJ (5 Days Onsite) Need Locals No Relocation In person Interview Experience Required: 12+ Years Job Description We are seeking a highly experienced Scrum Master with strong expertise in Scaled Agile frameworks to lead and support cross-functional teams in delivering complex development projects. The ideal candidate should bring proven experience in Agile practices, Rally metrics/reporting, and cloud-based Key Responsibilities
+ Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and PI planning.
+ Partner with Product Owners and stakeholders to ensure backlog prioritization and alignment with business goals.
+ Drive continuous improvement by leveraging Rally metrics and reporting to track progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions.
