Job Description

 Working for this large government body as Scrum Master you will lead cross functional teams within their Strategy portfolio. Your role will be to uplift the knowledge and maturity of agile practices within the portfolio and the wider organisation, through the development and implementation of agile methodologies and delivery strategies. 
 
   Key activities 
 Take a leading role in the delivery and continuous improvement of solutions using agile and lean methodologies, promoting consistency in delivery practices
 Provide advice and recommendations, based on expertise and experience, to identify and implement agile and lean methodologies for the delivery of technology solutions
 Championing, training and coaching of agile methodologies and practices to Strategy and business stakeholders across the organisation to drive change, govern and lead the transformation
