At ASTEK Iberia, we are looking for a Senior Scrum Master / IT Project Manager to lead a strategic B2C mobile application transformation project in Spain for an international IT company specialized in information systems for the rail and mobility industry.

Key Responsibilities
Redesign and deliver a direct distribution mobile application used by end customers in the transportation/travel sector.
Full ownership of delivery, budget, risks, and stakeholder communication.
As a Scrum Master
Implement and ensure best practices of Agile/Scrum.
Facilitate Agile ceremonies (Daily, Sprint Planning, Review, Retrospective).
Track Agile KPIs (velocity, burndown charts, sprint progress).
Work closely with the Product Owner to maintain a clear and prioritized backlog.
