Job Description

• Create, implement and execute the business development & growth strategy for the shop
• Develop online merchandising and pricing strategies to achieve sales targets
• Ensure price competitiveness, stock availability & listing optimizations across items in the category
• In charge of alignment with external and internal teams on creation of assets, videos, livestream, campaigns and content to drive sales & awareness

Requirements

• Possesses a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Management or any relevant study
• At least 4 years working experience with management consulting, business development, sales or category/brand marketing
• Able to thrive in a dynamic and collaborative work environment to drive key business objectives
• Strong data analytics skills
