SCUK Dealer Oversight & Compliance Controls Officer

Santander Consumer Finance UK (SCUK) is based in Redhill, Surrey and provides motor finance to a network of car dealerships throughout the United Kingdom. We are currently looking for a Dealer Oversight & Compliance Controls Officer to join us on a permanent basis working within the Regulatory Engagement and Reporting team.

In this role you will contribute to second-line oversight activity across SCUK’s intermediary network — including dealers, brokers and introducers. You will focus on supporting the delivery of Line assurance activities that assess the effectiveness of first-line controls, promote regulatory alignment, and drive good customer outcomes in line with the company’s conduct standards and Consumer Duty expectations. You will support your manager with intermediary oversight reviews, MI production, and day-to-day delivery of the assurance plan.
