Job Description:

• Configuration of schemes, trade offers and discounts in the system, testing the schemes and ensuring their correctness.
• Configuring price structure in the system.
• Sending payment UPDs to the distributors based upon approval from Customer Marketing.
• Sending emails to the stakeholders for the updates and UPDs.
• Safe keeping of physical media and hardware.
• To perform miscellaneous administrative tasks of the department.
• Keeping track of the hardware given to the Sales and Visibility teams.
• Coordination with outside vendors for procurement and support of hardware.
• Coordination with vendors for Change Requests and enhancements in systems.
• Ensure proper Testing and deployment of Change Requests and enhancements in systems.
• Configuration of Loyalty Program and its payment process (GT, WS, LMTs).
