Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Network Engineer to support and manage a hybrid enterprise network infrastructure consisting of Versa/Meraki SD-WAN, Cisco Routers, Cisco Nexus Switches, and Meraki Switches.
The role involves providing overnight operational support, troubleshooting, and performing configuration and upgrade activities within the India shift.
The engineer will coordinate with the UK operations team for escalation, vendor coordination, and shift handover.
SD-WAN SME: Act as the primary authority on SD-WAN, specifically driving Versa SD-WAN, Cisco SD-WAN (Versa), and Meraki MX platforms.
LAN/WLAN Management: Design, configure, and optimize campus LAN and WLAN (Cisco Catalyst/Nexus/Meraki MR).
Routing & Switching: Implement and troubleshoot advanced routing protocols (BGP, OSPF, EIGRP) and switching technologies (VLANs, STP, HSRP/VRRP).
