Supplier Development Engineer

We are looking for a Supplier Development Engineer who will provide end-to-end manufacturing and process solutions for key design features in products. This includes manufacturing process development and capability, selection and qualification of manufacturing equipment, automation development, and process technology R&D. 

What you will do:

Serve as local hands-on support in mainland China for direct communication and presence in supplier sites

Define best-in-class processes to meet all design and operational requirements

Develop and document processes, parameters, consumables and secondary operation requirements to meet defined specifications

Work with Sourcing Managers to define and establish supply chain requirements utilizing selected equipment and manufacturing partners
