The Test Team Lead is a senior technical leader that will be assigned to the Global Cloud Platform team at Caseware, responsible for the strategy, health, and continuous improvement of test practices across multiple pods. This role sits at the intersection of hands‑on individual contributions and team enablement.
As a key driver of quality across a distributed cloud‑native ecosystem, you will champion modern testing methodologies, lead the adoption of AI‑assisted tooling, and ensure that the entire test function is equipped to meet the demands of a fast‑moving, globally scaled platform.
