Following continued growth across the SMB segment, they are now hiring an experienced SDR Manager to build, lead, and scale their Sales Development function in North America.
The Opportunity
This is a leadership role for a hands-on manager who thrives in high-velocity sales environments.
You will lead a team of SDRs responsible for generating and qualifying inbound and outbound opportunities within the SMB space.
Your focus will be on coaching performance, building repeatable processes, and driving consistent pipeline generation to support Inside and Account Executive teams.
