SE Asia Institutional Crypto BD & Custody Manager

Castleisland is looking for a Business Development Manager in Singapore to support BIT’s growth in custody business across Southeast Asia. The successful candidate will manage institutional client relationships, drive revenue growth, and oversee the entire business development cycle including client acquisition and onboarding.

The candidate must have 5-6 years of relevant experience and a strong network, preferably in financial services, fintech, or crypto. Fluency in English and proficiency in Mandarin or another regional language is a strong advantage.
