SE Health Nursing Manager Position

Join SE Health as a Nursing Manager (RN) overseeing our visiting nursing team in a hybrid setting. Ensure high-quality care delivery while managing operational metrics in the Toronto & North York area.
This role is a full-time contract until February 2027. You will leverage your leadership experience to guide an engaged team of nurses, ensuring clinical excellence and operational efficiency. Participate in team-building exercises and directly impact client satisfaction and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Interact with service coordination for optimal operations
• Conduct monthly client satisfaction assessments
• Recruit and mentor healthcare staff
• Develop and facilitate new employee orientation
• Collaborate on project and program initiatives
Requirements:
• Must possess RN designation
• 3-5 years of management experience in healthcare
• Mental health background advantageous
• Proficient in communication skills, both verbal and written
