SEA Compliance Specialist (Software Asset Management)

**About The Job:**

Red Hat is looking for an individual to be responsible for the execution of Subscription Education program initiatives and sales performance in the ASEAN market (Malaysia, Philippines, Indonesia, Thailand). The ideal candidate will work directly with sales teams, partners, and end customers in Korea to build awareness and enforce the Red Hat subscription model.

**What Will You Do:**

+ Drive collection of revenue through the education and enforcement of Red Hat's subscription model.
+ Achieve or exceed quarterly/annual revenue targets through prospecting possible compliance issues, negotiating successfully with customer and Red Hat account teams, and tracking performance through our CRM tool.
+ Mentor regional sales teams and partners on Red Hat subscription model and requirements.
